JTC awards Kaki Bukit site to Chiu Teng Enterprises for $131.89m

JTC has awarded the industrial site tender at Kaki Bukit Avenue 5 to Chiu Teng Enterprises at a tendered sum of nearly $131.89m.

The tender closed on 3 March 2026, with five bids received.

The site has an area of 15,397 square metres (sqm), and is zoned Business 2. It has a gross plot ratio of 2.5, and a tenure of 33 years.
