JTC awards Kallang Way parcel to CapitaLand subsidiary

It bid $368.9m for the industrial site.

CapitaLand Development subsidiary, CL Savour Property, won the  Kallang Way industrial site tender with a bid of $368.9m.

The Kallang Way parcel is the first Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) site designed for adaptive reuse, retaining an existing terrace factory for continued industrial operations.

The site has a maximum gross floor area of 114,239.20 sqm and a site area of 44,107.8 sqm.

JTC expects CL Savour Property to complete the site's development in 84 months.
