JTC launches second H1 2026 IGLS site at Kaki Bukit

The 0.74-ha site is zoned Business 2 with a 33-year tenure and a 2.5 plot ratio.

JTC Corporation has launched a Kaki Bukit site for tender under the first half of the 2026 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

The site spans 0.74 hectares with a gross plot ratio of 2.5 and is zoned for Business 2 industrial use with a 33-year tenure.

The tender closes on 23 June at 11:00 a.m.

JTC said the Kaki Bukit site is the second of six confirmed list sites, forming part of the 8.39 hectares to be released under the Confirmed List in the first half of the 2026 IGLS Programme.

A 3.12-hectare industrial site at Jalan Buroh was launched last March under the initiative.
