Keong Hong unit bags $118m tender for office building at Cecil Street

The unit will begin construction in May.

Keong Hong Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keong Hong Holdings Limited, won the $118m tender from Solitaire Cecile to construct an office building at Cecil Street.

The 20-storey building to be built comprises restaurants at the first storey, with a basement car park on lots 00066M, 99846C and 99848W TS02 at Cecil Street.

Keong Hong Construction will begin construction in May and expects to finish the project within 35 months.

“The Project is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 30 September 2023,” Keong Hong Holdings Limited said in a bourse filing.
