Keong Saik Road and Joo Chiat Road shophouses on sale via EOI

The EOI will end on 8 May.

Savills has announced the sale of a portfolio of two freehold strata-titled shophouses located at Keong Saik Road and Joo Chiat Road via an expression of interest (EOI).

6B Keong Saik Road is a strata-titled shophouse unit located on the third floor, spanning 1,039 sq ft. It will be sold with tenancy at a guide price of $4.48m. The property is situated near Tanjong Pagar, Outram Park, and Maxwell MRT stations.

290G Joo Chiat Road is a strata-titled ground floor shophouse spanning 1,609 sq ft, with potential uses for F&B takeaway shops, medical, and wellness centre. It has a guide price of $5.08m.

The EOI will close on Thursday, 8 May at 3 pm.
