Keppel Corp. subsidiary acquires US-based oil firm

The capital is around ($1,312) US$1,000.

Keppel Corporation Limited’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Kepinvest Holdings Pte. Ltd., incorporated Texas-based Rigco Inc..

The new subsidiary has an issued and paid-up capital of $1,000 and its principal activity is marketing. 

The firm said these transactions are not expected to have a significant impact on its earnings per share and net tangible asset per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
