Keppel DC Reit NPI grows 37.8% in H1
It was mainly driven by acquisitions.
Keppel Data Centre Reit reported a 37.8% year-on-year increase in net property income for the first half of the year, rising to $182.8m.
It was driven by the acquisitions of Keppel DC Singapore 7 and 8, and Tokyo Data Centre 1, as well as higher contributions from contract renewals and rental escalations.
The company’s distributable income also grew 57.2% YoY to $127.1m whilst evenue for the period increased by 34.46% YoY to $211m.
Distribution per unit for H1 2025 rose 12.8% YoY to $0.05133 cents, even after accounting for an enlarged unit base following the equity fund raise in the fourth quarter of 2024.
