Knight Frank launches EOI for two adjoining shophouses in Telok Ayer 

The shophouses come with a 999-year lease.

Two adjoining conserved shophouses in the Telok Ayer Conservation Shophouse enclave have been offered for sale via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise.

The EOI will close on Tuesday, 30 April, at 3:00 pm.

No Seller Stamp Duty and Additional Buyers’ Stamp Duty will apply on the sale of the properties. The property may be purchased individually or as a pair.

The three-storey shophouses, each featuring an attic, cover a total land area of 2,842 sq ft and have a combined floor area of approximately 7,923 sq ft.

The property with a 999-year lease is near the Central Business District, Hong Lim Market and Food Centre, and Lau Pa Sat, and is located between Telok Ayer and Boon Tat Street.

The properties are tenanted by F&B outlets on the ground floor and offices on the upper floors.

It is also near residential developments such as Marina Bay Suites and Shenton Way and transport networks including the Telok Ayer, Chinatown, and Maxwell MRT Stations, and Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE), Central Expressway (CTE), and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).
