LHN net profit up by 8.8% YoY in H1 2025

Revenue grew by 29.4% YoY to $70.6m

LHN Limited’s net profit attributable to equity holders increased by 8.8% year-on-year to $13m in the first half of the financial year 2025 ended 31 March.

Revenue grew by 29.4% YoY to $70.6m driven by contributions from the Property Development, Space Optimisation, and Facilities Management businesses.

For the property development, the group registered a $12.1m proceeds from the sale of certain strata-titled units at its nine-storey food factory at 55 Tuas South Avenue.

Meanwhile, revenue from the cleaning and related services and car park management businesses improved by 12.6% YoY to $19.4m.

The space optimisation revenue grew by 6% YoY to $38.1m, primarily driven by stronger top-line contributions from the co-living properties.
