Marina Gardens Crescent site attracts one bid; Media Circle receives 3

A GuocoLand-led consortium was the sole bidder for Marina Gardens Crescent.

Tenders for the Marina Gardens Crescent and Media Circle sites closed on 18 January, with one and three bids, respectively.

The consortium of GuocoLand (Singapore), Intrepid Investments and TID Residential was the sole bidder for the Marina Gardens Crescent site.

The GuocoLand-led consortium bid $770.5m or $10,5891.77 per square metre of gross floor area (GFA) for the site.

Marina Gardens Crescent spans 17,319.2 m² and has a maximum permissible GFA of 72,741 m².

Meanwhile,  Media Circle's top bid was $395.3m from CNQC Realty (Clementi) and Forsea Residence.

URA launched the public tender for the two sites at Marina Gardens Crescent and Media Circle on 30 June 2023.
