Office space supply close to hitting 9.7msf between 2013-2017

Much of it will come from business parks.

According to DBS, over the next few years, there is a potential supply of close to 9.7msf of new office and 6.7msf of quasi office space (business parks) between 2013-2017.

A large proportion of supply would be coming from the business parks and office space in the one-north area.

There is also 23% of new supply coming from decentralised areas such as Paya Lebar and Jurong areas.

Within the Downtown Core localities, there are 3 buildings , namely Asia Square, CapitaGreen and Marina One.
