OrangeTee partners with Tokyu Livable to open Japan market access

Through this partnership, Singapore-based clients will gain direct access to Tokyu Livable’s exclusive portfolio.

OrangeTee, a leading Singapore-based proptech real estate agency under Realion Group, has announced a strengthened partnership with Tokyu Livable Inc., one of Japan’s most established real estate consultancies.

The move aims to expand access to Japan’s property market for Singapore investors through a curated suite of residential and investment-grade offerings.

Through this partnership, Singapore-based clients will gain direct access to Tokyu Livable’s exclusive portfolio, including renovated apartments under the Lideas series, new condominiums in prime districts under the L’GENTE series, and investment residences from the WELL SQUARE series.

Whilst the current focus is on residential properties and retail investors, the initiative also targets institutional and B2B clients interested in strategic asset classes such as hospitality and commercial developments in major cities like Tokyo and Kyoto.

OrangeTee will provide end-to-end support services, including property tours, consultations, market insights, and due diligence, with optional in-person viewings before purchase.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
