OUE Treasury proposes $150m green notes at 3.25% due 2033

The notes will be issued on 18 May.

OUE Treasury, a subsidiary of OUE Limited, has proposed the issuance of S$150m green notes due 2033 at a 3.25% rate (Series 005 Notes).

The notes will be issued at a price 100% of their principal amount and in S$250,000 denominations, according to a bourse filing.

Its interest rate of 3.25% will be paid semi-annually in arrears on 18 May and 18 November of each year.

The notes will be issued on 18 May 2026 and shall mature on 18 May 2033.

The notes will be issued under the S$3b multicurrency debt issuance programme established by OUE Treasury in November 2016.
