PGIM Real Estate and Elevate Capital acquire Stamford Court for $132m

They will rejuvenate the asset into a living, co-working, and lifestyle space.

PGIM Real Estate has formed a joint venture with Elevate Capital Group to acquire Stamford Court for $132m.

The joint venture intends to rejuvenate the four-storey commercial building into a living, co-working, and lifestyle space.

The building at 61 Stamford Road currently operates as office space with retail units on the ground floor.

It is close to Singapore Management University, Raffles City, Funan, and Clarke Quay.
