A portfolio of 16 ground floor retail and F&B units at Crown Centre is up for sale with a guide price of $33.8m.

Crown Centre is a freehold mixed-used development located at 557 Bukit Timah Road. The portfolio for sale spans 5,942 square feet of strata area with some units having main road frontage, said real estate agency Brilliance Capital.

The portfolio is fully leased to a tenant mix spanning F&B, education, and lifestyle sectors. Notable tenants include Popeyes, Domino’s Pizza, Pizza Hut, and Kelly Academy.

It also has a dedicated basement carpark, complete with multiple lots and loading bays, said real estate agency Brilliance Capital.

The properties are within walking distance of the Botanic Gardens MRT and Tan Kah Kee MRT.

Nearby landmarks include the Nanyang Primary School, Raffles Girls’ Primary School, Hwa Chong Institution, and National Junior College.

Sales will be conducted via expression of interest (EOI) exercise, closing on 23 September 2025, Tuesday, at 3PM.
