Portfolio of 8 HDB shophouse units on sale for $19.5m

The units are in three different locations.

CBRE has announced the sale of eight HDB shophouse units across three different locations via an expression of interest (EOI).

The EOI will close on Thursday, 11 April 2024, at 3 pm.

The first location is at Bras Basah Complex, 231 Bain Street and offers two units that measure approximately 1,798 sq ft and 2,777 sq ft, respectively. The assets have a quantum price of $8.9m and are tenanted for office use.

Three units at 119 Aljunied Avenue 2 have a total area of 4,897 sq ft. The ground floor is currently leased to a dental clinic and an ATM auto lobby. Total assets amount to quantum of $6.9m.

The third location, 803 King George’s Avenue, offers three units that comprise two adjacent ground floor units and a level 2 unit, with a strata area of 1,816 sq ft and 958 sq ft, respectively.

The ground floor units are tenanted to Habitat Coffee and an ATM space, whereas the level 2 unit is tenanted for office use. The quantum price for the assets is at $4m.

CBRE said buyers can acquire the assets in the portfolio individually or collectively.
