Premium ground floor retail strata units at City Gate up for sale

The prices of units range from $2.08m onwards.

A portfolio of four premium ground floor strata retail units for sale at City Gate in Beach Road is open for sale with guide prices of $2.08m onwards, Savills, the marketing agent, said.

In a statement, the entire portfolio’s asking price is at $9.68m and both foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase, and no additional buyer’s or seller’s stamp duty will be imposed.

An expression of interest exercise will be conducted for the sale, which will be until 20 September 2023 at 3 p.m.

The sizes of units range from 463 sq ft to 624 sq ft, with the total portfolio comprising 2,175 sq ft of strata area.

City Gate is a 30-storey mixed-use integrated development with 311 residential units and a three-storey retail podium.

The units have tenants to the hair salon, nail and beauty parlour, fashion boutique, and foot reflexology centre.

City Gate is also near Nicoll Highway MRT station (CC5). It is also close to major expressways like Nicoll Highway, Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE), East Coast Parkway (ECP), Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) which provide seamless access to the rest of Singapore.
