Sabana Industrial REIT’s portfolio value hits $914.5m in 2024

The 151 Lorong Chuan property has the highest value of $362.7m.

Sabana Industrial REIT has obtained new independent valuations for its 18 properties as of 30 June. The valuations were conducted by Cushman & Wakefield and Savills.

Sabana Industrial REIT’s 18 properties have a total valuation of $914.5m, with the 151 Lorong Chuan property having the highest value of $362.7m, followed by the 508 Chai Chee Lane property at $70.8m, and the 8 Commonwealth Lane property worth $54.3m, all of which are under the high-tech industrial category.

In the chemical warehouse and logistics category, the 33 & 35 Penjuru Lane property has the highest value of $42m. In the warehouse and logistics category, the 10 Changi South Street 2 property was valued at $39m.

In addition, the 30 & 32 Tuas Avenue 8 property was valued at $27.6m, the highest in the general industrial category.
