Sandpiper Hotel up for sale for $33m

Expression of interest closes on 19 June 2024, at 3 pm.

A freehold three-storey plus basement boutique hotel in Little India is up for sale through an expression of interest with an indicative price of $33m or $1.06m per key.

In a statement, CBRE said the Sandpiper Hotel is built on a corner parcel of land spanning around 2,556 square feet (sq ft), at the intersection of Dunlop Street and Perak Road.

With a total floor area of 8,538 sq ft, the hotel has 31 guestrooms from the basement to the third floor and has a restaurant that can accommodate up to 50 customers.

Foreigners may purchase the proper with no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty.
