Sentosa Cove sales up 59.3% in H2 2022: report

Singapore’s reopening helped in the sales pick up.

After Singapore reopened in April 2022, Sentosa Cove properties transactions grew 59.3% in the second half (H2) of 2022, CBRE said in its report.

Over $130.25m  where the total amount of transactions after eight bungalows changed hands.

For a full year, the bungalows sold are worth $337.70m in 2022, down 23.3% from $440.44m in 2021.

Average prices were higher by 9.1% year-on-year from $1,778 psf to $1,940 psf in 2022.
