Shophouse 20 Upper Weld Road for sale at $11m: PropNex

Expression of interest (EOI) exercise will close on 28 Feb at 3PM.

Shophouse 20 Upper Weld Road is up for sale for a starting price of $11m, according to PropNex.

Located just 50 meters from the Jalan Besar MRT, it boasts of a 1,722 square feet of land area with a total floor area of approximately 4,050 sqft. This translates to approximately S$2,716 per square foot (psf), says Loyalle Chin, director, PropNex ShophouseHuat.

No additional buyer’s stamp duty is payable and foreigners and corporate entities are eligible to purchase. 

It is also near Singapore’s new public housing flats, built under the Prime Locaiton Public Housing (PLH) model. This model will see 20 Upper Weld Road located near 1,358 residential units, a supermarket, a childcare center, and elderly facilities.

20 Upper Weld Road has a land area is approximately 1,722 square feet and has a total floor area (subject to site survey) of approximately 4,050 square feet. 

Other nearby commercial developments include Centrium Square, Sim Lim Tower and Citadines Rochor at the new Tekka Place. 

Residential developments nearby are three Prime HDB flats in Rochor, Kallang Whampia, and private homes such as City Development’s 307-units Piccadilly Grand. 

The expression of interest (EOI) exercise will close at 3PM on Wednesday, 28 February 2024.
