Starhill Global REIT’s NPI up 0.5% YoY in Q3 2024/25

Starhill Global REIT (SGREIT) posted a 0.5% year-on-year increase in net property income (NPI) to $37.9m in Q3 FY2024/25.
Gross revenue remained unchanged at $47.6m from a year ago despite higher rental provision for China Property, loss of contribution from the divestment of certain Wisma Atria Office strata units, and the depreciation of the Australian dollar against the Singapore dollar.
Currently, SGREIT has a portfolio worth $2.8b across Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, and China, with committed occupancy of 97.4% as of 31 March.
