Strata office floor at 15 Scotts on sale for $52.5m

The property will be sold via an expression of interest exercise.

A strata office floor located at 15 Scotts was launched for sale with an indicative price of $52.5m or $3,822 psf on the total strata area.

15 Scotts is a freehold nine-storey strata-titled commercial development which sits along Scotts Road, within hr head of the Orchard Road precinct.

“Freehold strata office floors housed in good-quality office developments in Orchard Road are tightly held and rarely made available. As such, these assets are highly sought after by a wide range of owner-occupiers and investors such as family offices, boutique real estate funds, local companies and high-net-worth individuals," CBRE said.

The property's marketing agent, CBRE, said the office floor has a strata area of 13,734 sq ft, representing approximately 12.7% of the total strata area, or 12.6% of the total share value of the development.

The property will be sold through an expression of interest exercise which will close on 6 October at 3 pm.

Foreigners are eligible to purchase the commercial property with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD).

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
