Three adjoining freehold retail units along MacPherson Road for sale

Expression of interest closes on 25 May at 12 noon.

A total of three adjoining retail units along MacPherson Road are up for sale through an expression of interest with a guide price of $5m of $1,331 per square foot.

In a statement, CBRE said the freehold retail units, which has a 20-metre wide frontage along the road, has a combined strata area of 3,756 sq ft.

The property at 181, 183, & 185 MacPherson Road has a regular layout, allowing them to be subdivided further.

CBRE said it is zoned for commercial use, allowing both locals and foreigners to purchase the propert with no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty.

The expression of interest ends on 25 May 2021 at 12 pm.
