Three shophouses in Jalan Besar listed for $44m

The tender sale will close on 15 November, at 3 PM.

Three adjoining three-storey shophouses in Jalan Besar are up for sale at $44m via public tender, according to Knight Frank. 

It has a land area of 6,378 square feet with a gross floor area of 13,000 square feet. Notable landmarks include TRIO, Mustafa Centre, Tekka Centre and City Square Mall.

There is potential for leasing F&B outlets on the ground floor whilst the upper floors are suitable for co-working spaces.

The property is open to both local and foreign investors. Both Seller Stamp Duty and Additional Buyers’ Stamp Duty are not payable.
