United Hampshire US REIT divests Albany – Supermarket for $32.5m
The divestment consideration is 4.2% higher than the purchase price of $31.3m.
United Hampshire US REIT (UHREIT) has completed the divestment of Albany – Supermarket for US$23.8m.
The property was sold to Agree Development on 16 January as part of the REIT’s portfolio optimisation and capital recycling strategy.
The divestment consideration of $32.5m (US$23.8m) is 4.2% higher than the purchase price of $31.3m (US$22.9m).
Proceeds from the divestment will be used to repay existing debts, finance capital expenditure, fund potential acquisitions and/or for other general corporate requirements.
