URA awards tender for Media Circle (Parcel A) site to highest bidder

The highest bidder offered $315m, or $11,158.34 per sq m of gfa for the site.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Media Circle (Parcel A) to a consortium comprising CNQC Realty (Bloomsbury) Pte. Ltd., Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd., and Hoovasun Holding Pte. Ltd.

The consortium submitted the highest of three bids received at the close of the tender on 4 March, offering $315m, or $11,158.34 per sq m of gross floor area (gfa).

The tender was launched on 26 November 2024, and the site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease.
