URA tender for Media Circle site closes with three bids

The highest bid was $315m.

The tender for the site at Media Circle (Parcel A) closed with three bids, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) reported.

A consortium consisting of CNQC Realty (Bloomsbury) Pte. Ltd., Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd., and Hoovasun Holding Pte. Ltd. made the highest bid of $315m or $11,158.34 per sq m of gfa.

The second-highest bid of $298m was submitted by EL Development Pte. Ltd., whilst the lowest bid of $295m came from Sing-Haiyi Garnet Pte. Ltd.
The tender was launched on 26 November 2024.
 
The tender will be awarded following the URA's evaluation of the bids.
