Weave Suites - Midtown at Jalan Sultan in Bugis district has been offered for sale by CBRE and Savills Singapore via an Expression of Interest exercise closing on 13 August at 3 p.m. 

The property comprises a row of 17 adjoining two-storey conservation shophouses with mezzanine levels. It has 65 hotel suites and ground-floor retail units. 

Refurbished in 2023, the property now has meeting spaces, a gym, shared lounges, and a kitchen. The heritage asset sits on a prominent, standalone island plot spanning 4,450 square feet and has permanent approvals for hotel and F&B use. 

Buyers can expect a yield of approximately 3% from the property, according to CBRE and Savills Singapore. Foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase the property without additional buyer’s or seller’s stamp duties.
