The Woodleigh Mall opens in Bidadari with 100% tenant occupancy

It houses 160 brands ever since its May 2023 soft launch.

Brand-new integrated community lifestyle hub The Woodleigh Mall has officially opened with a full tenant occupancy, six months after its soft launch in May 2023.

Located in the Bidadari Estate, The Woodleigh Mall will serve as one of the primary offerings in the integrated development, alongside the Woodleigh Neighbourhood Police Centre and Bidadari Community Club.

The vicinity is also strategic on its access to transportation, particularly with its connection to the Woodleigh MRT station, in addition to an upcoming bus interchange and hawker centre.

Thanks to strong tenant demand, The Woodleigh Mall has achieved full occupancy with 160 brands, including Pepper Lunch, VeganBurg, FairPrice Finest and other in-store concepts. Its consistent performance since its launch serves proves of the trust Woodleigh assures to both customers and retailers.

Placemaking also defines the design of The Woodleigh Mall, with communal spaces and green spaces, like the future Bidadari Park with Alkaff Lake, to provide avenues for community interactions and activities.

Envisioned as a centrepiece of the Bidadari estate, The Woodleigh Mall will provide the utmost shopping experience with fresh retail concepts, exotic dining choices, nature-inspired spaces and modern amenities.

“We take immense pride in announcing that The Woodleigh Mall has achieved 100% occupancy - a testament to our tenants’ trust in our vision and capabilities. We worked hand-in-hand with our tenants to ensure that The Woodleigh Mall meets our shoppers’ lifestyle needs,” Gerald Yong, CEO of Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited, stated.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
