Yanlord Group’s total contracted pre-sales down almost 60% YoY in November

The pre-sales from units are at $739m (RMB3.8b).

In November this year, Yanlord Group Limited reported that its unaudited total contracted pre-sales declined 58.9% year-on-year (YoY) to $739m (RMB3.8b) on a contracted gross floor area (GFA) of 112,874 square metres (sqm).

For the 11 months to 30 November 2022, total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units as well as car parks rose 23% to $11.8b (RMB 61.967b).

The group’s total subscription sales with its joint ventures and associates to $622m (RMB3.212b) as at 30 November 2022.

Also, in November, the total contracted pre-sales of other property development projects under the Yanlord brand name was over $797m (RMB4.128b) on contracted GFA of 42,836 sqm.
