Dr Andreas Raharso & Jia Yun Eng

Andreas Raharso is the Director of the Hay Group Global R&D Centre for Strategy Execution. Based in Singapore, he oversees Hay Group’s research efforts across 52 countries across the globe, and has conducted extensive research into the role of Family Owned Businesses. Jia Yun is an Applied Research Analyst in Hay Group’s Global R&D Centre for Strategy Execution. Her current area of focus is on Family-Owned Businesses. Jia Yun holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
