Ivan Ong started in the industry through his family's logistics business, and he gained firsthand experience managing vehicle fleets and warehouse operations. His early fascination with heavy machinery and transportation systems led him to develop practical skills, from operating forklifts to handling large-scale logistics operations.
After gaining hands-on experience in his family's business, Ivan sought new challenges beyond traditional logistics. In 2008, he transitioned to The Family Movers, starting as a move consultant. He expanded his expertise by managing large-scale commercial projects for government agencies, multinational corporations, and military units.
As general manager, Ong leverages his extensive experience to lead a team of 38 employees, ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments.
