Throughout her career, Jenny has consistently demonstrated strong business acumen and commitment by leading high-performing teams to deliver innovative, customised, and results-driven workforce solutions to some of Singapore’s most established organisations.

As Senior Director and Head of PERSOL Outsourcing, Jenny oversees the full spectrum of outsourcing operations and service delivery. Her responsibilities include driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and developing bespoke BPO solutions designed to meet evolving organisational needs.
