Francis Thangasamy
With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Francis Thangasamy is a seasoned leader with extensive cross-functional expertise and currently leads the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region at Lumen Technologies.
Overseeing all go-to-market and operational functions, Francis develops and executes the commercial strategy and is responsible for the region’s P&L.
With a strong grasp of the APAC marketplace, competitive landscape and Lumen’s portfolio, Francis’s leadership is grounded in a strategic mindset and a robust technology background, enabling him to align business objectives with customer needs and market dynamics. He believes that “transparency, trust and teamwork is paramount for developing strong relationships with customers and partners.”
Since joining Lumen in 2007, Francis has held a variety of senior management positions, most recently as Vice President, Product, Marketing and Operations. During his tenure, he has led multiple transformation initiatives and forged strategic partnerships that have advanced the company’s business objectives and strengthened its market presence.
Francois Dubrulle
Francois Dubrulle founded The Green Airliner Singapore (TGAS) in 2015, and is the President of the company. Before setting up TGAS, he had established The Green Airliner in Switzerland in 2007. Mr Dubrulle brings more than a decade of experience as an entrepreneur and has been involved in businesses, particularly those that addressed new challenges in the aerospace and telecom sectors.
Francois Vazille
Francois is the Vice-President Oracle Utilities for Japan and the APAC region since 2015. He leads a team of utilities experts to provide mission critical solutions for utilities in electricity, gas and water.
Prior to working for Oracle, Francois was Vice-President for Schneider Electric in the Pacific. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration at the Institut Superieur of Commerce in Paris and holds a Bachelor of Marketing.
Fred Roeder
Fred Roeder has been working in the field of grassroots activism for over eight years. He is a Health Economist from Germany and has worked in healthcare reform and market access in North America, Europe, and several former Soviet Republics. One of his passions is to analyze how disruptive industries and technologies allow consumers more choice at a lower cost.
Fred is very interested in consumer choice and regulatory trends in the following industries: FMCG, Sharing Economy, Airlines. Among many op-eds and media appearances, he has been published in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Wirtschaftswoche, Die Welt, the BBC, SunTV, ABC Portland News, Montreal Gazette, Handelsblatt, Huffington Post Germany, CityAM. L’Agefi, and The Guardian.
Frederic Bertholon-Lampiris
Frederic is an Executive Director within Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Financial Services Industry practice, leading risk management and Basel advisory services and covering more than 40 banks in Singapore and Southeast Asia. He has over 17 years of multi-disciplinary experience in risk management, regulatory compliance and internal/external audit in the banking and asset management industry, essentially within international audit and consulting firms, as well as in risk management for a large bank with assets under management of more than USD 100 billion.
Frederic Gomer
Frederic Gomer (MSc) is the managing partner & co-founder of B2G Consulting, an international supply chain management consulting firm engaged in supporting international clients in emerging and growing markets.
With his background as a global end to end supply chain management and transformation specialist, Frederic has extensive experience working in a range of industries including manufacturing, aerospace, retail, pharmaceutical, heavy industries & oil & gas. His areas of expertise include providing companies with guidance in improvement of their global supply chain operations and strategy.
Frederic started his career in engineering and has more than 17 years in consulting experience, he is a regular contributor to supply chain publications and a speaker at regional and global seminars & conferences. He obtained his Master degree (MSc) in Material Science & Process Engineering from INPG – Grenoble Institute of Technology (Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble) in France.

In the healthcare and life sciences industry, Frederick has advised and implemented both operational and transactional solutions for companies which include advising on supply contracts for active pharmaceutical ingredients in the manufacturing process, pricing and supply of medicines contracts with both public and private healthcare practices, advising on cross-border transactions globally, and advising on digital projects.

Jeffrey Lim specializes in intellectual property, data protection, cybersecurity, data governance, and artificial intelligence. He was part of the team that developed the first edition of the AI Ethics Body of Knowledge (BOK) and helped on the committee to develop the world’s first AI Ethics professional certification programme in collaboration with the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) and the Info Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore. He has also co-authored numerous articles including for the Singapore PDPC.
