SG, Chile, NZ form joint working group on trade and green economy

The joint working group will provide recommendations to Ministers in 2025.

Singapore, Chile, and New Zealand established a joint working group on Trade and the Green Economy.

The initiative was announced at the APEC Leaders’ Week in Lima, Peru on 14 November.

The partners will explore proposals to enhance international cooperation and develop trade policies to accelerate the deployment of low-emissions and resource-efficient solutions, production, and consumption.

The joint working group will provide recommendations to Ministers in 2025.
