Falcon Energy Group to delist on 15 November

Deloitte & Touche LLP were appointed as liquidators.

Offshore and marine support service firm Falcon Energy Group will delist on the Singapore Exchange on 15 November.

On 8 April 2024, the company announced that the High Court of the Republic of Singapore had
ordered that a winding-up order be made against the company.

Lim Loo Khoon and Mr Tan Wei Cheong, care of Deloitte & Touche LLP, were appointed as the joint and several liquidators of the Company on 5 April 2024.

On 20 September 2024, the Liquidators submitted an application to SGX-ST, for the delisting of the Company from the Mainboard of SGX-ST.
