Keppel locks in $7.1b long-term contracted revenue after securing $600m in fresh contracts

The new contracts lifted long-term revenue, securing cash flows across Asia to 2040.

Keppel has secured about $600m in new contracts for decarbonisation and sustainability solutions, lifting its long-term contracted revenue in this segment to over $7.1b as at December 2025, up from about $6b a year earlier.

Revenue will be earned over 10 to 15 years, according to the company.

The projects cover Singapore and the region and include district cooling systems and energy services delivered under long-term agreements.

In Singapore, Keppel is linking chilled-water plants to form what it said will be the country’s largest thermal grid in the Fusionopolis area.

The group also secured cooling contracts for mixed-use developments and malls.

Overseas, new district cooling projects were secured in Thailand, India, and the Philippines.

Keppel said the expanding contract base improves revenue visibility as it shifts toward services that help customers manage energy use and emissions.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
