Sheffield Green unit explores potential acquisition of European energy company
The total consideration for the purchase is $1.73m (EUR1m).
Sheffield Green’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Wind Asia Training Private Limited (WATPL), has entered a non-binding term sheet to explore the potential acquisition of 70% of Advanced Blade Repair Services.
WATPL said this will complement the group’s business of providing human resources, ancillary services, and training centre business in the renewable energy industry.
The total consideration for the purchase of 70% of ABRS is $1.73m (EUR1m).
WATPL has placed a refundable deposit in the sum of $299,902 (£200,000) with ABRS within two weeks of the signing.
