Ezra Holdings names Philip Eng Heng Nee as Director

He is also Singapore's Non-Resident Ambassador to Greece and High Commissioner to Cyprus.

The Board of Ezra Holdings announced the appointment of Philip Eng Heng Nee as Director.

Mr Eng, 65, is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd and mDR Limited, and a Director in Hup Soon Global Corporation Limited, in addition to serving on the Boards of various public and private companies in Singapore. He is also Singapore's Non-Resident Ambassador to Greece and High Commissioner to Cyprus, according to an Ezra Holdings report.

Mr Eng Heng Nee Philip spent 23 years with the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group before retiring in February 2005 as Group Managing Director. He graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
