Frasers Property rolls out multi-feature app

Frasers Experience will allow shoppers to digitise their physical gift cards and to load it to their app's e-wallet.

Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) launched its new multi-feature mobile app Frasers Experience (FRx) to replace the existing Frasers Rewards in a move to upgrade customer experience.

The app initially features an enhanced digital gift card experience. Moreover, it will also allow shoppers to digitise physical gift cards through scanning a digital gift card’s QR code and loading it to the app’s e-wallet.

The firm revealed that shoppers may also use an e-gifting feature within FRx by December, when digital gift cards may be received through email at any time of the day. FRx members may also redeem retailer eVouchers through its rewards catalogue.

“FRx will also feature exclusive digital F&B concierge service Makan Master,” Frasers Property said. “As a start, users will be able to reserve tables at the likes of Crystal Jade Kitchen and Uncle Leong Signatures when using Makan Master.”

The app will also soon include updates that will let customers to pre-order meals and make quick cashless payments at participating food and beverage outlets.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
