ESR-LOGOS secures $225m and JPY15.5b sustainability-linked term loans

It will use proceeds from both facilities for corporate funding.

ESR-LOGOS has entered a $225m and JPY15.5b unsecured sustainability-linked loan facilities.

RHB Bank Berhad, and the Singapore branches of CIMB Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited were the lenders of the $225m facility,

The JPY facility was secured with the Singapore branches of Malayan Banking Berhad and Mizuho Bank.

The REIT will use the proceeds from both facilities for general corporate funding purposes.
