European PE firm Inflexion opens Singapore office

It has named Shane Gong as its managing director.

Private equity firm Inflexion has opened a new office in Singapore.

Alongside this, the European mid-market PE firm appointed Shane Gong as managing director in its investment relations team. Gong is expected to lead investor coverage in the APAC region.

“Opening an office in Singapore is a strategic milestone for Inflexion and will help to deepen our investor coverage in the region,” said George Collier, chief operating officer and Partner, Inflexion.

Gong has over 20 years of PE capital raising, direct investing and M&A experience across Asia. Prior to Inflexion he spent five years as managing director and head of Evercore’s APAC Private Capital Advisory group.
