RBC Investor Services Trust Singapore retires as trustee of Keppel REIT

An incoming trustee will be determined by the Manager.

RBC Investor Services is set to retire as trustee of Keppel REIT as it posted its Letter of Intention to Keppel REIT Management Limited, manager of the aforementioned group. 

Notice of retirement in writing to the manager will be provided by RBC, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed of Trust dated 28 November 2005.

RBC will continue to carry out its duties until the effective date of its retirement and the appointment of its proposed trustee. Currently, the manager is in the process of identifying said trustee, and will also work in collaboration with RBC to provide a smooth transition.
