Wee Ee Cheong ups stake in UOB following $6b net profit announcement

The board has proposed a final dividend of 92 cents per share.

Wee Ee Cheong, CEO of UOB, increased his stake in the company following the group’s financial earnings releases which saw net profit rise by 6% to $6b for FY 2024.

Wee acquired 200,000 ordinary shares from UOB for an average of $38.64975 per share. This increase his direct interest to 0.35% whilst his total interest increase to 10.74%.

Wee now holds a total of 179,570,416 in ordinary shares.
