What you need to know about the new members of AXA Life’s Executive Committee

AXA announced two key management appointments to drive growth at its Life operations in Singapore.

Nick Osborne will lead the agency force as Chief Agency Officer while Patrick Peck has been appointed Chief Business Officer of AXA Life Insurance Singapore.

Nick Osborne, Chief Agency Officer of AXA Life Insurance Singapore Nick joins AXA with over 20 years experience in the business. As Chief Agency Officer, Nick will be responsible for developing AXA’s sales team into a value added, business critical function and driving improvements in agency management in the AXA Life Insurance team in Singapore.

Nick’s broad experience spans across a variety of markets including the United Kingdom, Vietnam and Singapore. Nick was most recently the Chief Distribution Officer for IP Global and in this role, he established three sales hubs for the business - in Hong Kong, Singapore and the U.A.E. - and put in place a committed sales force complemented by key partners to drive business growth and results.

In this new role, Nick will be a member of the AXA Life Executive Committee and will oversee AXA’s Financial Planning channel, Distribution Operations, Training Academy and Training Competency operations.

Patrick Peck, Chief Business Officer of AXA Life Insurance Singapore
As Chief Business Officer, Patrick Peck will be responsible for driving business development, working with management and partners to develop AXA Life’s strategic direction and business plans. In this role, Patrick will be a member of the AXA Life Executive Committee and will oversee the Alliance Distribution, which comprises of Broker, Bancassurance and High Net Worth distribution channels.

Patrick comes with 16 years of experience across a variety of industries including insurance and investment. Patrick was most recently the Head of Partners at AVIVA with responsibility for the Independent Financial Adviser and Broker channels, where he grew the Life & Health business and a Funds and Unit Trust division.

“Not only does Patrick have acute business acumen, he is a good negotiator and has excellent networking and communication skills.
