Zeena Dang appointed regional business development manager for 1Cover

The travel insurance firm opened its office in Singapore last October and Ms Dang has spent the last three years working with a global leader in travel insurance.

A Singaporean local and familiar face to the industry, Ms Dang spent the last three years of her career working with a global leader in travel insurance. She brings to the role strong knowledge of local travel insurance products, insights into the industry and an understanding of local expectation towards travel insurance.

Having managed travel insurance programs for key online travel players including Priceline, Webjet and AsiaRooms, Ms Dang is well equipped to sink her teeth into business development with 1Cover.

Managing Director of 1Cover Mr. Eddie Feltham said that he was pleased with the company’s growth in Singapore and is certain that Ms Dang is the right person to drive further success for the brand in Asia.

“1Cover is still relatively new to the Singaporean market so it is a very exciting time for Zeena to take the reins. It is our plan to grow throughout Asia and Singapore will be our base,” Mr. Feltham said.

1Cover opened in Singapore in October of last year.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
