Asia’s biggest gathering of food experts returns to Taiwan this June

The 3-day event will feature foreign exhibitors from 25 markets, including Singapore.

Asia’s leading food show, Food Taipei Mega Shows, will return on June 14 to 17 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Halls 1 and 2.

The mega shows comprise Food Taipei, Foodtech Taipei, Bio/Pharmatech Taiwan, Taipei Pack, and Taiwan Horeca.

About 1,400 exhibitors from 33 markets, including Singapore, will participate in the three–day mega event.

Major exhibitors joining the event include Chimei Frozen Food, DaChan Great Wall Group, Anko Food Machine, Chin Ying Fa Mechanical Ind, HIWIN Technologies, Benison, Jaw Feng Machinery, and Hopak Machinery.

Given that the themes for this year’s edition of Food Taipei Mega Shows are "Food for Future" and "Food Safety and Sustainability,” the event will have two new exhibition areas, namely Organic Food Area at Food Taipei and Sustainable Packaging Materials Area at Taipei Pack.

The Future Food & Technology Pavilion will also debut this year to showcase the latest food trends and technologies, such as alternative proteins, food for seniors, clean labelling, autonomous machines and IoT applications in food processing and agriculture.

Visitors can also participate in side events such as the Healthy Eating Workshop, Food Taipei Forum, new product launches, KOL live stream programs, one-on-one procurement meetings and guided tours that will provide an overview of food trends, new products and emerging technologies.

Interested parties may register for the events on www.foodtaipei.com.tw for Food Taipei, www.foodtech.com.tw for Bio/Pharmatech Taiwan, www.taipeipack.com.tw for Taipei Pack, and www.taiwanhoreca.com.tw for Taiwan Horeca.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
