Buyan Russian Haute Cuisine & Caviar Bar to offer Pushkin dinner in Singapore

The Pushkin Feast at Buyan will be Buyan's featured event of the World Gourmet Summit week. On November 24, Buyan will be combining the two loves of Russian culture - cuisine and literature - by paying tribute to Alexander Pushkin, the supreme national poet of Russia. The dishes of Buyan's Pushkin Dinner are the recerations of various courses mentioned in his verse novel, Eugene Onegin, dubbed by scholars as "the encyclopedia of Russian life in the 19th century." Buyan's guests would be able to savour the popular Osietra caviar served with traditional Russian blinis.

In addition, free-flow of lingonberry water, an ancient Russian thirst-quencher, will be served. Vodka, a strong drink widely associated with Russia, and several champagnes will be served during the dinner. With a platform such as Wine & Restaurant Experience, immerse yourself not only in the food but in the Russian culture as well during the Pushkin Dinner at Buyan.

Buyan will also be serving lunch and dinner in the framework of the World Gourmet Summit from 21 Nov to 29 Nov.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
