URA offers two residential sites for sale in Lorong Puntong and Kitchener Link

The Lorong Puntong/ Sin Ming Avenue site's tender closes in September.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has announced two residential sites in the Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue and Kitchener Link for sale.

The site at Lorong Puntong/ Sin Ming Avenue can potentially yield about 140 residential units, URA said. It is located in the vicinity of the Bright Hill MRT station.

Its site area is 4,283.1 square meters (sqm), with a maximum gross floor area of 11,993 sqm. Project completion period is 60 months, whilst least period is 99 years. Its maximum building height is 120 meters based on the Singapore height datum (SHD).

Tender for the Lorong Puntong/ Sin Ming Avenue site will close on 15 September 2026 at 12NN.

The Kitchener Link site can yield about 145 residential units and is available for application under the Reserve List, URA said. It is located near the Farrer Park MRT station.

The Kitchener Link site has an area of 4,214.9 square meters and a maximum gross floor area of 12,645 sqm.

It has a lease period of 99 years, with a maximum building height of 155 meters SHD.
